Welcome to Mountain view Farms, Inc., owned by Vincent and Diane Melapioni, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Catskill Mountains on over 250 acres in Cairo, New York. At Mountain view Farms, we are driven to produce a Peruvian horse that is well gaited and mannered, has superior brio and strength, and is strikingly beautiful. We have carefully and painstakingly studied blood lines and have been advised by some of the most well-renowned breeders in the world. By blending this advice with the knowledge obtained through passionately studying and some experience, it would appear we are heading in the right direction. We started with a solid foundation. Our mares carry the blood of Piloto*, AV Sol de Paijan, FG Candela, and JRM Procurador. We have taken the produce of some of the best breeders in the country and carried them forward. Proof of this lies in our offspring.
